Upstate (SC) Information Hub/WSPA-TV calendar app
Ten at the Top’s Upstate Information Hub has partnered with WSPA-TV on this mobile app. It’s available on Google Play as well as the iTunes store.
Be sure to upload your event to the OurUpstateSC.info web calendar by using this link. The website calendar is the primary source for e-newsletter event highlights as well as the mobile app. You can also submit photos using the link in the footer section.
Which events are eligible? Take a look at the following driver areas and counties.
The five driver areas are Community Vibrancy, Economic & Entrepreneurial Vitality, Sustainable Growth, Human Potential and Natural Beauty & Resources.
The counties in the Ten at the Top region are: Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenwood, Greenville, Laurens, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg, and Union.

8 year old Gracie gets serenaded by Party On The Moon from Atlanta, Georgia. They’re an awesome band who performed at Spartanburg Regional Foundation’s Hangar B Ball fundraiser last night in Spartanburg, South Carolina (by Amy Wood). But check out what Gracie does! That singer was so cool to go with the flow.
Mayor Bloomberg has big plans for Staten Island—the New York Wheel! When finished by the end of 2015, it will be the world’s largest Ferris wheel (84 feet higher than the Singapore Flyer and 75 feet higher than Las Vegas’s planned ‘High Roller’ wheel). According to the mayor’s office, it will feature 36 capsules, each able to carry up to 40 passengers.
